What is Sinolux?

Synulox is a prescription-only medication prescribed by veterinary surgeons to treat a variety of bacterial infections in both dogs and cats. It has proven effective in treating conditions such as soft tissue infections, skin diseases, gum infections, urinary tract infections, upper and lower respiratory tract infections, and enteritis, an inflammation of the lower intestine.

For conditions including skin infections and urinary tract infections, the dose is 0.25 ml of the solution per 1 kg of the body weight of the treated animal twice daily.

For stubborn cases that are difficult to treat, especially respiratory cases, there is evidence to suggest that doubling the dose to 0.5 ml of the solution twice a day is more effective.

Synulox palatable drops can also be used safely in pregnant and lactating animals.
