Caniferm worming pills
1 tablet - 0.175 g:
Fenbendazole 37.5 mg, Pyrantel Imponace 36.0 mg, Praziquantelum 12.5 mg, tablet material.
Method of influence:
Fenbendazole is taken orally to expel worms and inhibits the structural protein tubulin within nerve axons, affecting the transport functions of the sap-absorbing cells in the parasite.
Pyrantel acts as an antagonist of cholinergic nicotinic receptors in nerve ganglia, leading to spastic neuromuscular paralysis in worms.
Prazguantil increases the permeability of cell membranes to calcium ions, leading to muscle contractions in the parasite.
Dosage:
Puppies, small dogs, and cat breeds:
1 tablet (0.175 g) per 0.5-2 kg of body weight
2 tablets 0.175 grams per 2-5 kg of live weight.
The tablets can be taken separately or wrapped in a piece of food.
Do not give alongside dairy products.
In puppies, it is recommended to use the preparation from week 3 to week 12 of age by applying it once every 3 weeks and then regularly every 3 months.
